New Client Intake Process

Ms. Meliss' Pet Care offers pet-focused services — your beloved pet will be our primary focus during each visit, where they will receive refined, high-quality care.

STEP ONE

If Ms. Meliss' Pet Care is the right fit for you and your pet, please continue to the New Client Application. Ms. Meliss' Pet Care will call you to schedule an in-home Meet & Greet, then email the New Client Packet.

STEP TWO

During our 15-minute Meet & Greet, please have your pet around so they can sniff out their new pet sitter and receive treats. We will review the New Client Packet and tour where your pets hang out. Then we will test the house key or the alarm code to be sure that they are functioning correctly for smooth visits in the future.

STEP THREE

After our Meet & Greet, you will receive an email to schedule appointments through Calendly.
